The Crow Wing County Historical Society is a collection of history on display for your enjoyment. Travel back in time and experience what it would be like to be behind bars in an original jail cell from the late 1800s. Take a guided tour of the original sheriff’s residence from the late 19th century. Learn about the railroad and the impact it had on central Minnesota towns. Mining and logging were important industries of the time and you can see tools and pictures of how things used to be.
